The purpose of the Campus Ministry Department is to promote the “spiritual well being” of the school. The goal of the Campus Ministry program is to fulfill on an important part of the our Mission Statement: “Immaculate Conception High School educates and transforms students into young women of competence, compassion, and commitment in a Catholic Felician-Franciscan tradition of leadership and service.” Campus Ministry also works to instill our Core Values; Respect for Human Dignity, Compassion, Transformation, Solidarity with the Poor and Justice & Peace, into the everyday lives of our students.

Students experience and participate in Campus Ministry through three avenues: Liturgy, retreats, and the Christian Service Program. School liturgies and prayer services are scheduled at various times throughout the school year in accordance with the Liturgical year. Students take an active leadership role in participating in the preparation of the Liturgy through lecturing, singing, altar serving, and preparing para-liturgies. Opportunities to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation are provided at special times.

Students are required to attend and are encouraged to participate in all religious services, days of reconciliation, and retreats. Students are encouraged to put their faith into action through the Christian Service Program, which is a requirement for graduation.
