The 2020 Spring track season at Immaculate Conception High School is booming! The team is being led by Senior Captain Danielle Sancilio, `20 and Junior Captain Paige Portacio, `21. Sancilio is coming off of a strong indoor season led by her PR in the 55m Hurdles (11.94). Portacio is also coming off a very strong indoor season where she had broke the 8 second barrier for the 55m Dash (7.94) as well as another PR at the 200m distance in 27.49s.
The Blue Wolves also had considerable contributions in the distance department from newcomer Sarah Dickson. Dickson set the school record for 1600m in 6:19 this past winter and looks to improve on that time in the immediate future. Returning athletes Rose Sandiford, Darla Kertesc, Alanna Cordero, Alyssa De La Rosa, Christina Roukas, and Sam Espinosa will all be key contributors to the team as well.
