Tuition & Fees

Immaculate Conception High School takes great pride in offering an exceptional educational and extra-curricular experience that prepares young women for college and beyond. Our tuition is a reflection of the dedication and commitment we value at ICHS.

Monthly and quarterly payment plans are available through the use of the FACTS Tuition Management system. Families set up their account, enter bank information, and the school enters the payment schedule; payments are automatically deducted and forwarded to the school.  The family receives an email several days before any payments are made, and can contact the school to change the payment date if there is a financial emergency. Aside from the ease of making the payments, the parent and their legal spouse are covered by life insurance, such that if one of them passes away, the balance of the tuition payments will be paid to the school by FACTS.

 

2018-2019 Tuition:  $13,000 
Tuition includes all academic, textbook, technology, and mandatory school fees

Registration Fee: $450
All students are required to pay a registration fee. Late registration fee is $500

Graduation Fee: $300
One-time graduation fee is mandatory and automatically included in senior year tuition



Athletic Fee: $200 
Yearly fee per athlete, regardless of the number of sports. Fee must be paid by the first practice of first participating sport. 

 

 Performance Arts Fee: $200 
Yearly fee per performer, regardless of the number of activities. Fee must be paid by the first rehearsal of first Performance Arts Event. 


Parking Fee: $50
Yearly fee for assigned ICHS parking space, for those students who drive to school. Fee is to be paid the first week of school.  

School Bus Fee: $2,500
