How to Apply

 Transfer Students and Late Applicants for the Class of 2024

Immaculate Conception High School is still accepting applications for all grade levels for the 2020-2021 school year. 

 We proudly welcome young women from all Catholic, Private and Public schools.

Class of 2025 Admissions Information

Immaculate Conception High School requires all prospective students to fill out an online application. This online application must be completed by December 1, 2020. Immaculate Conception High School also requires a prospective student’s transcripts from sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. All transcripts must be submitted to Immaculate Conception High School by December 8, 2020 and must be sent directly from the school.

Application: The Class of 2025 application for admission into Immaculate Conception High School is due on December 1, 2020.

Transcripts: The prospective student’s current school must sent over transcripts to ICHS by December 8, 2020. Each applicant must download the Applicant Transcript/Record Request Form and give it to their current school’s Principal and/or Guidance Office. The school will then be responsible for forwarding all records to ICHS for the student by the respective due date, with the Applicant Transcript/Record Request Form attached. If a prospective student’s school is on a trimester that ends after December 8, 2020, please have those transcripts sent immediately after the term has ended.
 
Recommendation Letters: Recommendation letters are not required but highly encouraged for those interested in receiving a Merit-Based Scholarship from Immaculate Conception High School. Letters of recommendation from current or past teachers, coaches, youth group advisors, etc. are acceptable.  

   

IMPORTANT NEWS as of August 2020: The HSPT for the Class of 2025 has been canceled due to COVID-19 current restrictions.  More updates regarding our admissions process will be posted to this page.
