ICHS Students Shine Bright on the Stage and Beyond!

Throughout the spring musical season, judges are sent to evaluate participating shows. In June, all of the participating schools are celebrated at an awards ceremony, modeled after Broadway’s Tony Awards. For the first time, ICHS received the following nominations:  

Rachel Zegler ‘19- Actress in a Leading Role (Belle)

Amanda Leger ‘16- Actress in a Comic Performance (LeFou)

Emily Di Bernardo ‘16 - Technical Merit (Stage Manager)

Samantha Duke ‘17 - Dance Performances, Female (Enchantress)

Director, Greg Liosi shared, “I am both proud and honored to work with the exceptionally talented students of ICHS. Being nominated for the first time we entered the competition was a great thrill.”

The tale as old as time musical was directed by Gregory Liosi with musical director, Michael Wada, and choreography by Jacki Herzog.
