- On Tuesday, November 26th Miss Tara Connor and Mrs. Olivia Grabowski and a group of ICHS students went to Saint Joseph’s Food Pantry to drop off over 300 items to replenish their shelves. The ICHS community came together during the month of November to collect any and all non-perishable food items that would benefit countless individuals. We are humbled and thankful to start this season of giving in such a positive way!
- ICHS Swim Team joined Samaritan's Purse to spread the Christmas spirit to those in need. Shoebox gifts are a way to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local church, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. These simple gifts are shipped outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S.
