Immaculate Conception High School takes great pride in offering an exceptional educational and extra-curricular experience that prepares young women for college and beyond. Our tuition reflects the dedication and commitment we value at ICHS. Our payment plans reflect transparency, as all required payments are included in the Registration fee, Tuition, and (for seniors) Graduation Fee. All required activity expenses, technology fees, textbook fees, and mandatory class trips are included in those three. All other fees are optional, depending on the students’ choice of activities.
Monthly and quarterly payment plans are available using the FACTS Tuition Management system. Families set up their account, enter bank information, and the school enters the payment schedule; payments are automatically deducted and forwarded to the school. The family receives an email several days before any payments are made and can contact the school to change the payment date if there is a financial emergency. Aside from the ease of making the payments, the parent and their legal spouse are covered by life insurance, such that if one of them passes away, the balance of the tuition payments for that year will be paid to the school by FACTS.

2021-2022 Tuition: $14,330
Tuition includes a $270 activity fee and all academic, textbook, and technology fees.
Registration Fee: $500
All students are required to pay a registration fee. Registration fee for returning students is due the first Monday in May each year.
Graduation Fee: $550
One-time graduation fee is mandatory for all seniors. Graduation fee is due by the first Monday in August.
Parking Fee: $50
Yearly fee for assigned ICHS parking space, for those students who drive to school. Fee is to be paid the first week of school.
School Bus Fee: $3,000
School Bus Fee for the 2021-2022 school year is $3,000. If there is enough interest, ICHS will look to add other bus routes. Arrangements are made through the Business Office and will be in place by August. See Transportation.
ICHS uses the FACTS Tuition Management System for collection of tuition payments. The following plans are available:
- Single Payment of 14,130 due July 1 (reflects discount of $200)
- Two payments of $7,165 due July 1 and December 1
- Four payments of $3,582.50 due on the 5th day of June, September, December and March
- Ten payments of $1,433 due on the 5th day of June through April
- Twelve payments of $1,194.17 due on the 20th day of May through April
Fees such as registration fee, graduation fees, athletic fees and performing arts fees may be paid to the Business Office directly if preferred. All payments unpaid by one week before the due date will be rolled into the FACTS payments.
All scholarships and Financial Assistance grants will be applied evenly across all tuition payments. Outside scholarships are applied evenly to the remaining tuition payments once the school is notified of the award.
