STEP 1 – FILL OUT ONLINE APPLICATION: Immaculate Conception High School requires all prospective students to fill out an online application. STEP 2 – SEND TRANSCRIPTS: Immaculate Conception High School requires a prospective student’s transcripts from sixth, seventh, and eighth grade for current 8th graders. Each applicant must download the Applicant Transcript/Record Request Form. Once the parent/guardian completes the top section and fills in the high school choices, then all applicants must give this form to their principal and/or their guidance counselor or 8th grade teacher to complete. They will then attach this form to the transcripts and send the academic records to ICHS via USPS, fax or email. All transcripts for the Class of 2027 must be sent to ICHS by December 5, 2022.

STEP 3: HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST (HSPT): The HSPT for the Class of 2027 will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022. Registration for the exam can be done via www.njcoopexam.org.
