Stephanie Boyaci graduated ICHS in 2016. Throughout Stephanie’s four years at ICHS, she excelled in extracurricular activities, played varsity sports and maintained a 4.0. GPA. In the midst of all of this, Stephanie lost about 55 pounds, going from 195lbs back down to 140lbs. She was unsure of what she wanted to do in her future career wise, until she went through that weight loss journey.
Stephanie went to Montclair State University and majored in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a concentration in Applied Nutrition, along with a minor in Psychology. Her goal was to help people in their health and fitness, and help them become the best version of themselves. Stephanie worked at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, and LA Fitness before she got to where she is now.In the peak of COVID-19, Stephanie was stuck and was unsure what the future held for her career, as she was about to graduate in May of that year. She needed an internship, but the world was put on hold until an opportunity at Varsity House Gym appeared in front of her. Stephanie completed the internship after 3 months and was offered a position there right after college, as an Associate Head Coach and Assistant Nutritionist. A year later, Stephanie became NASM-CPT certified and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition.Currently, Stephanie was just promoted to a full-time Head Coach and Nutritionist at Varsity House. She also plans to compete in her first powerlifting competition this November, which she has been working towards ever since she started falling in love with training.Stephanie states, “I am a graduate from Immaculate Conception and truly believe that it shaped me into the strong woman I am today. I am so grateful to have a job that I look forward to my shifts each day and honored to be a part of my clients’ journeys!”
