B6T transportation forms were mailed home this week.   If you live in a town that reimburses for transportation and did not receive your form please call Mrs. Laurita at 973-773-2400 or email dlaurita@ichslodi.org . If you are unsure if you live in a town that reimburses please go to the Document Library on our website where you can access the  list of towns that do reimburse.  You may also print the form from this same location.  Please note that Clifton residents have a different application.  Forms are due back to me by February 8 so that I can submit them to the Board of Education prior to their deadline. 

We are currently processing financial aid applications for the 2012-2013 school year, the deadling is February 17, 2012.  All applications are to proccessed directly with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at the link provided below.  if you have any questions or concerns regarding the process you can speak with a FACTS customer care representative at 1-866-315-6262.
